Refund policy

We want you to love your experience with EVERWELL. On the off chance that you don't, we're here to help!

We ask that you notify us of any problems with your order within 15 days of receipt of your order. Only unopened / unused items may be returned. To start a return, please contact us hello@everwellsnacks.com with your order number. 

Please note that we do not refund shipping. Be sure to include your order number with your return so we can identify the order and ensure you get your refund as soon as possible. Returns may take up to two weeks from the time they are received to be inspected and processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account at the time your order was placed.

Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). In the event we’re unable to refund back to the original form of payment due to a canceled/expired credit card or closed bank account, store credit will be issued. 

This policy is only applicable for products purchased from us directly at www.everywellsnacks.com. If you purchased from a different retailer please refer to their return/refund policy on their platform.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by EVERYWELL, LLC. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded and/or fraudulent.
